This is the biggest Francophone music festival and is held from the end of July to the beginning of Aug.

Quebec Winter Carnival . . .

The Quebec Winter Carnival is the biggest carnivals celebration for winter held in Quebec city. There are a huge number of things to do at this time. The festival is held from the end of Jan to the middle of Feb.
